Pumpkin Patch

Hello everyone,

Ahhhh...I have to admit this is one of my favorite times of the day (evening). After the kids are in bed all the cleaning (well almost all of the cleaning) is finished and I get to check email, blog, read, or even go to sleep a little early :) Not that I don't love being with Samuel and our little foster daughter, but it is nice to have some alone time.

We went to the pumpkin patch last week and it was a beautiful fall day! Samuel had fun, but not so much because of all the pumpkins. No, Samuel loved the wagons. He wanted to pull them and push them. He even wanted to pull them while being pulled in one. If it has wheels and other moving parts, he is enthralled.

Things are going well with our foster daughter. She is adjusting to the way we do things and well we're adjusting to life with a two year old and a 13month old. It is fun, tiring, and exciting all at once.

Well, Scott's asleep on the couch and is waiting for me to finish, so I'll end here...

What a cutie! I miss being at home during this time - to see the leaves changing. Miss you all and hope to see you when I get home!
